I can say the Edge performs as promised. The altimeter is seemingly very accurate. In my few rides I've made it a point to make sure it's turned on (under clear sky) several minutes before my ride so that the GPS can get going. Once I used Electrode gel, the HRM performed flawlessly. And, once I got my cadence sensor positioned a little better, it too, worked flawlessly. Overall, I'm really impressed.
