The interesting thing is that compared to the 70&#8217;s crisis, oil today is still a bargain.</p> <p>I&#8217;m all for $8/gallon oil. It helps reduce traffic, gets more people on bicycles and motorcycles, and reduces giant (empty) SUVs.
